In 2010, FirstWireless, Inc. acquired CommSource, Inc., a provider of sales and service for Motorola and Icom two-way radios. The acquisition included three Stores in Nebraska and Wyoming. Since 2001, CommSource, Inc. has had the Stores in Nebraska and Wyoming. As an authorized Motorola two-way radio dealer, they offer sales, service, installation and Warranty repair for Motorola communication equipment, as well as Icom® sales, in Western Nebraska and Southeast Wyoming. They also specialize in Public Service Equipment sales and installations.

In 2010 FirstWireless Inc. acquired both Commsource and Communication Source in Cheyenne WY. Communication Source started in 1993 and Commsource in 2001. The company is the only two way radio dealer in Southeast Wyoming that employs full-time techs. In addition to business/government communication equipment, the Cheyenne location sells aviation communication equipment, light-bars, sirens, headset systems and in-car camera equipment.
